Entitled: "Bombardeeringe der Stadt Gelder, porte de Troupen des Konings van Pruysse. Veüe perspective du bombardement de la ville de Gueldre par un corps d'armée des troupes de sa maieste le roy de Prusse au mois d'octobre 1703."
Depicting the bombing of the Dutch city of Geldern, by the troops of the King of Prussia, in October 1703.
The etching print with etching technique on copper plate, made on three plates, is the work of J. van Hugtenburg (Huchtenburg) after D. de Bodt; 1729. (lower right margin).
In excellent state of conservation, restored, as shown in the photographs, within a beautiful and ancient wooden frame, with glass and passe-partout.
