Oil painting on canvas signed lower right Mario FUMIA (Turin, 1931-2013), Piedmontese painter.
The work depicts a mountain landscape, almost certainly set in the Dolomites. A group of 3 figures are walking on a narrow path towards a cabin at the foot of the mountain range.
The sky is blue, sunny, crossed by a few clouds that touch the peaks. The rocky mountains are bare: a little snow survives on the slopes, in the height of the summer season.
In excellent conservative condition as shown in the photographs, work without photographs.
